Some forum talk about the PR update progress. Last change PR is 2007-10-28. It seems early. I noticed some site is changed its PR. I think PR is update in progress. I guess Google is change the PR rule for big.
Yes , I have heard the news too . They are talking about the update on every forum but it will take the time till all the PRs are updated . Maybe a few days !
